What Studio is
AGHEON Studio is a tool where software agents help you find suitable castings and prepare your materials. It is provided by Adi Gheo (contact@adigheo.com). When signing up, you choose whether you are an actor, casting agency or professional. Agency and professional accounts are verified before they can view actors' contact details.
What it is not
Studio is not a talent agency and does not represent you. It does not guarantee castings, roles or replies. Casting decisions are made by the people organising the castings.
Your account
- You must be over 18 and use truthful details.
- Your account is personal. Keep your password to yourself.
- The materials you upload (photos, CV, showreel, voice) must belong to you or you must have the right to use them.
- Agents do not send anything on your behalf without your approval or a rule you choose in Settings.
- Emails prepared for you (casting applications and messages to professionals) are sent from your email address connected in Settings, on your behalf, like any email you write; you are responsible for them. AGHEON Studio does not send them from its own address or in its own name: the email contains only a link to your public page hosted by AGHEON Studio, and messages to professionals may end with a shared unsubscribe link. Without a connected address, nothing is sent: the email remains prepared and waiting.
If you are a casting agency or professional (director, producer, casting director, talent scout)
- Your identity or your agency's identity is verified before you can view actors' contact details, search for actors or send invitations.
- Use actor profiles only to find an actor for a real role. Do not copy or sell them, or use them for any other purpose.
- Use actors' contact details, including email, telephone and CV, only to contact them about a real role or casting. Do not copy them into other lists or databases, share them or use them for advertising. Every access to contact details is recorded and limited; misuse leads to account closure.
- If the agency is verified and its plan includes website integration, Studio periodically reads the casting page on the agency's website (the one provided at registration or another chosen in Settings) and imports the open castings published there into the agency profile, so they reach suitable actors. The agency can remove an imported casting or stop imports in Settings at any time.
- An actor is contacted only through an invitation they can decline. We do not request or allow selection based on ethnicity, religion, health or orientation.
- The conversation with the actor begins only after they accept the invitation and takes place in Studio. Either of you can end it at any time. Reasons suggested by AI are a suggestion, not an assessment of the actor.
Your data
How we use your data is explained in the Privacy policy. You can request account deletion at any time.
Changes
If the terms change, we will tell you in advance and ask you to accept the new version.
